The location is particularly good, 3 miles from a living history museum. It has pretty friendly and superbly friendly stuff and beautiful facilities.

The rooms are clean, modern, and offer a pleasant stay. The friendly staff at the front desk, like Helen, ensure a warm welcome and a comfortable room away from any noise. The air conditioning works wonderfully, providing a cool ambiance even during humid days. The breakfast spread is diverse and satisfying, with scrambled eggs packed with savory sausage. The lobby also offers games for the kids to keep them entertained.

The carpeting in some rooms seemed a bit dated, but overall, it didn't take away from the exceptional experience.

enchanting and nice hotel, i had a really nice stay. the staff was fairly friendly, helped a lot. the rooms were recently refurbished with a very comfy bed. the venue was in an unbeatable location close to the museum of the appalachia, the eatery and starbucks and restaurants. and it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from waffle house, ate there once or twice. i loved the hotel!
